  Village Park Manor is the worst place I have ever lived. My last review got flagged so I'll be a bit more appropriate. Plumbing issues, mold, flooding, always broken washers, sinks, etc. The maintenance person also does landlord duties. Everything breaks...when the heat is accessible maintenance guy said go in the hall and wiggle wires covered in spider webs to get it to turn on because it wouldn't some reason...Thermostat doesn't work anymore...Floors and walls do not stop much noise...Extremely rude owners which told us to kick rocks after plumber said the bathroom needed serious repairs. Instead we received a non renewal lease. Security here is minimal. Sex offenders also live nearby. Rent goes up about $30 a year but there are no updates. "FREE HEAT?" Only accessible during the months mandated by NYS. (May-Early October NOT COVERED as we were told. They told me to buy a space heater ...it was about 45-50 degrees some of those nights. There are plenty of other places to live.
